Adopt meOW! All cats and kittens are $50 and or two4one!
We rescue cats and dogs that have been abandoned, often without food and water, in the midst of foreclosures, evictions, job loss, homelessness, domestic violence, deployment, temporary/terminal illness and or injury.
We also take in pets from owners that are forced to give them up because they are no longer able to care for them due to life challenges.
We utilize our extensive network of partners and foster homes to help us provide shelter and care for approximately 100 pets yearly until they can be reunited with their families and or adopted into loving, permanent homes.
Many of the pets we rescue have been medically neglected, and therefore require extensive medical care, rehabilitation and socialization, which we provide. At minimum, each animal receives vaccinations, spaying/neutering, and microchipping before being placed for adoption.

Although our services can help find a new home for pets, we’d much rather help families and their pets stay together. General resources available include: Temporary Fostering, Finding Pet-Friendly Housing, and Help with Specific Dog Behavior Issues.

If a family can no longer afford to feed their pets we provide them with pet food and supplies - giving them the opportunity to keep their pets, rather than taking them to a shelter or worse yet, abandoning them. Volunteers deliver food and supplies for those without transportation. Our aniMEALS Pet Food Pantry is solely dependent upon partnership funding and in-kind donations.

Temporary Care
Our Temporary Care Program provides up to 90 days of complete care for pets when their pet parents experience a life crisis such as homelessness, job loss, domestic violence, illness, or any other hardship and are unable to care for them temporarily. This relieves pet parents of the overwhelming fear of losing their pet and in turn, allows them to solely focus on regaining stability in their lives so they can be reunited with their pet. This program allows families to stay together and leads to longer, happier, healthier lives and a strong community.
